Terms and conditions:

1 - All no shows will be billed full fare.
2- Cancellation of reservations must be made at least THREE hours prior to the pick up time.
3-A grace period of 15 minutes is given to all pick ups. After the grace period; there is a $15 for each additional 15 minutes interval.

4-A late airline arrival is not considered a "no show" or insufficient notice. You MUST call Chase Limousine at 1-877-546-6199, within 30 minutes of a flight's arrival. Failure to do so may result in a No Show charge.

5-For Airport Arrivals please call 1-877-546-6199 as soon as you retrieve your luggage to direct you to the vehicle, please allow 5 to 15 minutes waiting time from the time you call. Please refer to: http://www.chaselimousine.com/airport.php for airport instructions.

6- There is a $10 extra fee for reservations between 12:00 am and 5:00 am.
7-Please call 1 877 546 6199 to confirm same day or within 24 hours service online reservations.
